FRP TANKS & PROCESS VESSELS

Hand lay-up, chop, chop-hoop or helically wound FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) tanks and process vessels from 12 inches through 20 feet in diameter. Water, petroleum, chemicals, air, pressure, vacuum, seismic loading, polyester, vinyl ester, c-veil, nexus, vertical, horizontal, flat bottom, dish bottom, cone bottom...Whatever your specification calls for, Zhongyi will produce a top quality tank or process vessel for your needs.

Zhongyi can manufacture tanks and process vessels to meet virtually any storage or process requirement. Our capabilities include:

CONSTRUCTION

Diameters from 12 inches to 20 feet

Polyester, vinyl ester, novalac vinyl ester, and other resin systems including fire retardant resins

C-Glass, Nexus, and other synthetic veil interior surface liner systems

Hand lay-up, chop, chop-hoop, and filament wound constructions

Exterior surface treatments including a resin rich topcoat, pigmented gel coat, C-Glass veil, Nexus veil, or other synthetic veils

Cylindrical vertical or horizontal with flat, cone, dished or sloped bottom & tops

Rectangular Vertical or Horizontal

Insulated, gel-coated, heat traced
