CONSTRUCTION
Diameters from 12 inches to 80 feet
Polyester, vinyl ester, novalac vinyl ester, and other resin systems including fire retardant resins
C-Glass, Nexus, and other synthetic veil interior surface liner systems
Hand lay-up, chop, chop-hoop, and filament wound constructions
Exterior surface treatments including a resin rich topcoat, pigmented gel coat, C-Glass veil, Nexus veil, or other synthetic veils
Operating temperatures up to 220 deg F depending on the resin system selected
Cylindrical vertical or horizontal with flat, cone, dished or sloped bottom & tops
Rectangular Vertical or Horizontal
Insulated, gel-coated, heat traced
Tank shell is filament wound, Top and Bottom is Hand press moulded.

Tank Design is based on international Standards like BS-4994, ASTM-D 3299, ASME

We design and manufacture FRP tanks as per customers requirement

We manufacture tanks with unsaturated polyester resin like Isopthalic polyester, Bisphenole and Epoxy based vinylesters.
